Sometimes it's necessary to take a new approach to solving an ongoing challenge - when current efforts are making headway, but much too slowly.
That's the basis of Fred Falker's premise for achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion faster and more effectively than current paths. Fred believes that there is nothing which divides us. Rather, it's the creation of artificial lines we draw around each other - boundaries, if you will - which lead to value judgements.
His longtime work in organizational development management, coupled with his personal experience as a scholar and an African-American, has led Mr. Falk to believe that rather than drawing those lines, we must focus on the distance we've created between ourselves and others - striving to close that distance by building relationships which bring us closer together.
Listening to Fred's conversation on What's the Point? will provide you with actionable concepts, proven to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion whether your interest is in business, community, or society as a whole.
